You might have heard that sailing is very difficult to learn but that may not be entirely true. It is easy and anyone who is fond of it can become a good sailor.
Our sailing school in India is located in the state of Tamil Nadu on the south east coast of India. The Palkbay between India & Sri Lanka is dotted with islands, lagoons & surf spots. Wind blows at an average of 18 to 25 knots all day every day in our summer season April to September & in our winter season we get afternoon winds 10 to 15 knots December to March in short we can sail through the year!

It will be our pleasure to have you aboard our brand new seaQuest! SeaQuest comfortably accommodates up to 8 sailors and 3 crew on day trips and cruises. Under the spacious deck we have two guest bedrooms with double beds, a galley, cooler and a bathroom. Powered by two massive sails and a well designed bridge which helps new sailors acclimatise easily.

QUALIFIED CREW
Learn sailing with us in the best possible sailing conditions India has to offer. Our sailing school in India is located in the pristine blue waters of the Palk Bay near Rameswaram Island in Tamil Nadu.
Learn to contribute as a crew member on a modern 30-50 ft sailboat. Upon completion, you will feel confident in your ability to understand the workings on the sailboat and enjoy contributing as a knowledgeable crew member. There are tips on how to hold a straight course when at the helm, sail trimming, rules of the road so you're not second guessing who has to give way, and just what the heck does that blue line do.
A NauticED sailing course combines theory learned online with practical on the water teachings at our sailing school in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu.

DISCOVER DINGHY SAILING
If you want to give Sailing a try but are unsure about committing to a full course. We will give you a brief orientation about the sport, the equipment used, wind conditions and take you out for a fun sailing trip.
2 hours ₹ 3,000 + government taxes
Includes Sailing equipment rentals, safety gear, beach transfers from Sailing School & Instructor fee. Accommodation extra.
LEARN DINGHY SAILING (Level 1)
We will introduce you to various aspects of the sport, and teach you how to hone various skills on land before performing on water all the while learning the safety rules. You will learn how to keep safe by learning how to assess the wind and physical location; use the safety systems; manage equipment; set-up; and control the sail boat.
6 hours shared lessons ₹ 12,000
+ government taxes
Includes equipment rentals, safety gear, beach transfers from Sailing School & Instructor fee. Accomodation extra. Course can be spread over 1 or two days & covers the following; Introduction to sailing, Understanding wind direction and conditions for sailing, Equipment and safety devices, Communication and safety, control, capsize drill & course planning.
